A Coordinated Care plan with a Medicare Advantage Contract

Important Benefit Information

As the result of a recent national coverage decision, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that all Bravo Health Medicare Advantage Plans cover both the standard and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved (HIV) rapid screening tests for annual voluntary HIV screening of Medicare beneficiaries. Copayments will be the same amount that you pay for routine lab tests.
