Gym Membership Benefit

Bravo Health SilverSneakers program members receive:

• A basic gym membership to participating locations at no additional cost to your monthly plan premium

• Use of exercise equipment and all available amenities, including heated pools and more

• Certified instructors who lead group exercise classes designed especially for older adults

• Assistance from a Program Advisor^SM who will acquaint you with the program and help choose activities appropriate for your fitness level

• Social events with others who want to improve their health

• Women-only locations, including Curves®, available nationwide

The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is only available to members who live in the following areas, based on plan selection:

• Delaware

• District of Columbia

• Maryland

• Philadelphia Metro

• Texas
